Výroba účelové mechanizace Zlín, joint stock company was founded in 1991.

The activity itself was started in 1993 as the factual continuator of machine research in civil engineering in the region of Zlin. The work of the company takes up the 25-years tradition of Výzkumný ústav mechanizace stavebnictví (Research institut for mechanization) in Zlin.

The company operates in their own production and assembly areas, there is about 1400 m² available. There are also offices for design department and administration.
